Hello, 

I need to find transfer function using system identification toolbox. i have open loop input and output data in Exel. Kindly guide me to use system identification toolbox.

There is a manual for the System Identification Toolbox here: http://download.ni.com/pub/devzone/tut/usermanual.pdf

 

There are probably also examples in LabVIEW under 'help' -> 'find examples'.
