Now I am trying to synchronize the ANDOR zyla camera with the scanning mirror. I have 2 galvo scan mirrors which is controlled by Analog Outputs from NI DAQ board. The two mirrors scan in horizontal or vertical direction, respectively. The laser beam is reflected by the two galvo scan mirrors and scan across the sample. Then the camera receives the returning light.
The code (attached) for two mirrors scanning by two channels of AO(Analog Output) are synchronized themselves. While I also need to synchronize the mirror scan with the camera.
I found some subVI called Cmd which contains options of AcquisitionStart and Software Trigger. How can I synchronize the two galvo AO into these triggers?
In the synchronization mode, it is hoped that the camera starts working when the scanning starts, and stop when the galvo mirror (2 AO) stop.
