synchronization between a digital output form one device connected to pc using serial port and output from DAQ

Hello every body,

I am trying to do synchronization between two vi output.

one vi is for getting PPG signal through serial port and the other for acquring two signal using DAQ.

First I tried to get both based on pc time but I think it is not accurate, In addition there was some problem that you can see in the following link:
