Is it possible to connect a boolean output ( from the block diagram) to 1 of the terminals of your subVi pattern?

My subVi should compare 2 analoge inputs and return a true if signal a < b but also ( but on a different terminal) if a> b.

Yes  you can connect a boolen to a sub vis input. Create a boolean control on the sub vis front panel and connect to the connector pane and save the sub vi. Now place the sub vi in the main vi and you'll have an input to connect the boolean where you can pass the boolean input.
