stoping DAQ

I have a DAQ Assistant on my block diagram which send analog output on demand, i want to be able to stop DAQ from sending signal whenever i stop the program itself! i even have wired my stop button to the stop option on DAQ assistant but it doesn't work!!

Stopping the DAQ Assistant or clearing a task does not autmatically set the output voltage back to 0 or any other voltage. The DAQ card will retain the last programmed voltage until you send it a new one. After the while loop stops, use another write to set the voltage you want.
