stop two loops from outer loop, how?

I want to stop two loops from outer loop, but not work. I think I did not do it write, please help.

Can anyone teach about the waiting time in inner loop and in outer loop? How to set this waiting time? why need waiting time?

I'm sorry I could not look at Altenbach's example... I'm still at LV7.1.

Attached is an example using property nodes to stop the loops (all at once in this example), and having different wait times within each loop.

Hope it helps to illustrate.
