startup application removed after project connection?

Usually I run stable versions of my RT application at startup. I do this by using the Application Builder and clicking "Run as startup", so that the program runs automatically with each PXI reboot.

The startup application seems to get removed each time a colleague connects to the PXI target with his own LabVIEW project. Is this the correct behavior? Is it possible to save the startup application although someone uses the system in the meantime?

How do see that the startup is gone? What is the behaviour you see?

Generally this is not correct behaviour. What could be is that the startup doesnt run because there is no connection to the target because your colleague is using the system.

The LabVIEW program communicates via TCP/IP with an external GUI program. So I can see if the program is active or not. After uploading the LabVIEW program as startup application, it stays as startup with every reboot until someone connects with his project. I saw this behavior with my colleagues project on his laptop. I have to check this again when he returns tomorrow.
