I've started using classes in my LabVIEW project, and they seem to be causing a slight lag in many editing operations. Does anyone else see this? When I open a project that contains classes, then open a VI in that project, operations that were formerly instantaneous now take a second to respond, such as switching between the front panel and block diagram, or creating a constant and then entering a value into it. I'll create the constant and start typing but the characters don't appear immediately. The cursor (I have auto tool selection enabled) also takes a moment to respond to changes. This doesn't happen with every operation, but it's frequent enough to be annoying. I don't see the same lag when opening a VI outside a project, or a project that doesn't use classes.
