Thanks for your guides; I'm considering them to find a solution. But the problem you mentioned," Error -1967362038" already exists. When I want to configure and test the database in ODBC Data Sources Administrator, test connection is successful but when I hit OK, the program doesn't respond. Maybe there is relationship between them. I appreciate you for your guides.

Hi Maryam,

You mentioned in that post that the problem only arose when you moved computers.  Also I found a number of documents that refer to this error arising when you loose the connection with bound variables.

Resolving the problems outlined on this forum , ie making sure all your variables have been bound to the correct source and are deployed should resolve the issue with your database.
