serial read information problem

hello!
I have a problem with the serial port: when i use the hyperterminal everything is good, i have no problems. But when i try to comunicate with the hardware , using labview everything is wrong. Sometime it work, sometime it's time out, it's completly random.

Hi,
There could be a problem of termination character there. Check if your serial port config is allright when using it with LabVIEW.

Tell me a bit more about your problem, LV version, hardware and I'll try to be more precise.
