now it's all ok!
another problem: if i write 8 bit to serial port and then write this 8 bit
from serial port labview generate an error 1073676294 because the byte
transferred are equal to byte in input.
how can i read all that i write without errors.

I don't understand what you mean. Could you post a sample demonstrating the problem?

I answered this in another of your postings. This is a warning and not an error (the status boolean is set to false). It is safe to ignore. If you want to clear the error code and source, you could write a VI to trap the exact code number and clear the both of them.

Rats! Now that Dennis mentions it I remember running into the same thing. Brain's not running on all 3 cylinders today. In any case David, see attached for an error-code filter VI I use.
