search array for a value and find the two points above and below

I would like to plot the below values and then for example if i specify 0.5 it should give me the value .4 18.7 and .6 18.5..how do i find these two values..

0    19.3
0.11    19
0.2    18.9
0.4    18.7
0.6    18.5
0.81    18.4
1.63    18.2
3.27    15.93
3.93    8.14
4.09    0.1

Hi KenLabView,

you can use the "Threshold 1D Array" function and round the result to the next lower integer. See the attached example.
