Dear GerdW

The previous attached text files (last one zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.txt) contain the data which has been received from the instrument. The last text file is an example of the data which came through the Speadsheet to Array and then got saved to file as text.

I am able to see the data as it comes straight off as I have placed a string indicator before all these format and save VI's .....visually there 'appears' no out of sorts characters

Hi Guys

Solved my own problem !!! It wa to do with the size of the buffer of the recieve VI .....I just made it ridiculously big (1E6) and now it dumps every single data point.

It as being chopped as the buffer was causing a sliding window around the incoming data , thereby slicing it .
