sbRIO 9612XT configuration problem

Hi, guys.

Past week I configured my NI sbRIO 9612XT and it worked fine. But today, when I tried to do another test with the board, the status led was blinking one time in a couple of seconds (the DS says that the device is unconfigured). I really cannot see why that happened… Could the backup battery be responsible for that problem? the backup battery of sbRIO 9612 is used for time configuration only, or is it used to “hold” some critical system information on the board? What could cause an erase of the flash memory? I’m looking for some detailed articles that describe the board operation (which memory holds the system configuraction, etc), but I can’t find a god one. Does anyone have any recommendation for a better understanding of the system?

Another problem: once my board is “unconfigured” I tried to configurate it with the NI MAX. But when I connect the Ethernet cable to my host pc, my NI MAX cannot recognize my sbRIO board. Also, when I tried to debug with the RS232 interface, the sbRIO doesn’t show any valid message to help me. Could anyone help me with some insights?

Best Regards.

Additional information: I don’t changed my host pc or my labview version. So, probably, I have a hardware problem or a configuration problem in my board.

additional 2: when I tried to put my board in safe mode, the device keep showing me the same status led of unconfigured device.
