Hello,
I am using an sbrio 9608 to collect data from devices using the USB ports available. One of my devices should in theory operate using the secondary usb2.0 port, however when I plug it in on that port the device is not recognized, this device operates as a virtual comport and is recognized just fine on the main usb 3.1 port verified by sending queries and getting appropriate responses. I am not really sure as to why this would be the case and I am asking the community if they have any ideas why would the device not activate under the secondary USB port, unless I need to perform some linux commands to mount it.
Any help would be appreciated.

sbRIO-9608 has two USB type-C ports, a USB 2.0 device and a USB 3.1 Gen1 Host.
The device port only works as the ethernet over USB connection and can only be connected to a host port on a host PC.
