Hey In labview 5.0 it was possible to create a exe file that runs on machine without a runtime engine. It was a big exe fil min 2 MB. But is there an option i labview 5.1 that can do the same??

Not as far as I know. But if the app is not doing anything too fancy you can sometimes get it to work by putting the lvrt.dll file in the same directory as the .exe file. I have used this method for a small .exe on a CD-ROM. Give it a try on a clean PC.
There isn't. You build the application by itself. You can create an installer that can automatically install the run-time engine right after intalling your application, but the application itself will not have the Run-Time Engine "built in".
