run-time not recognized

Solved!

Hello,

I have problem running my application coded with labVIEW 2013 on a windows 7 PC. I have installed the run-time engine 2013 (as we can show on the attached printscreen) without any error message and reboot. When a try to execute the application built with labVIEW 2013 I get the message as if I haven't installed the run-time engine.

I've already tried the following:

- Repare the installation with the installation tool

- Remove the installation of the run-time engine and reinstall it

Nothing has worked.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice,

Arnaud Moretti

Ok I finally get the solution. My dev PC is 64 bits, the client PC is 64 bits but the labVIEW 2013 installed and used to compile the application was 32 bits... I installed the correct version and it work.

I would suggest to write the architecture of the run-time engine needed in the error message attached in my first message, because a client without the sources could not know by himself which architecture the application needs.
