Is it possible to run one VI several times at the same time
with differrent inputs and same frontpanel shown twiced?

I do the same thing a different way. I just take the main vi, and save it
with several different names. For a different name, it has differnt
inputs. It makes your wiring diagram a little cluttered, but it works.
Anyway, you run all of the different vis, rather than just one.

Hi

The VI can be run many places simultaniuosly with different inputs and
internal data different if it is 'reentrant'.

The same VI can not be showed two different places, but putting the
reentrant vi two or more times inside a vi and then create one indicator of
each output of the sub-vis.
