right click menu location

I recently installed LabVIEW 2012 on a machine running windows 8 with two monitors. Since then block diagram drop down menus sometimes appear in the wrong place, and with the wrong font. I have attached an example using a case statement. This also happens with right click menus.  Notice the "false" is highlighted as if my cursor is hovering over it. You can't see it in the screenshot, but my cursor was actally just underneith the case label where the "false" should have been drawn. Also notice the menu is down and to the right. Sometimes this happens when the window is near the bottom of the screen, and the goofy menu will appear partly , or completely, off the bottom of the screen.

Anyway to fix this, or is it a LabVIEW bug?

According to Windows Version Compatibility with LabVIEW,

LabVIEW 2012 is not compatible with Windows.

Try upgrading to LV 2013 or at least 2012 SP1.

I already am using SP1.  I was told that windows mice can cause issues as well, so I tried not using a Windows mouse, and uninstalling the new Mouse and Keyboard application, and that didn't work either.

Anyone have any other ideas, or is this a bug?
