reset elapsed time clock

Hello all,
I would like to keep track of the elapsed time as the program moves through different frames and loops (note: I am also using the elepased time for control of hardware).  I need to call this program multiple times.  The problem is that the time just gets added to the last elapsed time value on the clock.  I try to reset to zero, but that does not work.  What am I doing wrong.
Attached are two sample programs.  "Multiple Timing.vi" calls the other program three times.
Thanks for any help.

Try putting Probes on the Elapsed time wires and watching what happens.

Here is an Elapsed Time VI (slightly modified) which I use in several experiment timing programs. Usually I make the Experiment Mode control a type-def and the while loop is part of the large state machine.

Lynn, your method works well for my application.  I am no longer using the "Elapsed Time" VI.  Thank you much for your advice!
