For Example:
- Does this error only appear in some printing applications or all of them?
- Do the examples that ship with LabVIEW produce the same error? You can find them in LabVIEW by going to Help->Find Examples... and searching for the keyword printing.

- What operating system are you running? If XP, which service pack?
- Any other information you think might be pertinent to this issue
