How do i rename a wire that goes from a Filter to Write measurement, so that the write measurement has the correct name (and units) in its disk file

Take a look at this link http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=170&message.id=204407&query.id=49611 which sounds similiar.

You will need to convert the Filter output signal to a waveform first using Convert from DDT before setting the waveform attribute.
