remove noise in acquired signal

usually i generate analog output voltage signal at 1 hz to 20 hz  at a samplin rate of 1khz and acquire the signal at 1khz sampling rate ..for low frequencies i'm not finding any kind of noise in the acquired signal , but the after 15hz i'm finding noise in the acquired signal. Can anybody tell me the way how to eliminate that noise and let me know if you need any further info on this..

You are going to need to attach some screenshots showing the noise you are talking about.  Without that, the only help people could give is wild speculation.
