read specific rows in a .txt file

Dear friends

I have a measurement file of size 7 GBin .txtformat.I want ot read the rows which are multiples of 250 from the file one at a time and plot it in a waveform chart  .

How I can acheive this

The read from text file function has the ability to read by lines.  Right click on the function to set the properties.
