read data from spreadsheet and output using PCI 6711

Before I start, let me layout my setup.

Running Labview 6i on a Windows Machine
PCI6711 DAQ Card
SCB-68 breakout.
LeCroy Waverunner OScope

Attached is a VI that I am using read data from a .txt spreadsheet file, and output it as a waveform using the 6711. I have no problems with Channel 0, but Channel 1 doesn't look at all like it should (See Attached screenshot from scope).

The waveform graph on the front panel shows the proper signals, but the output doesn't appear the same when put on a scope. Not even close (for channel 2).

I ran this VI and fed the outputs into the inputs on my multifunction daq card. On this setup the outputs are correct. Is there a DC offset on your scope? Measure the outputs from your 6711 with a DMM and I am confident that you will see the voltage level is correct.
