read a png file from path

hi need help

i have few png pic in my folder.

let say i pass the path of the png pictures

wat is the way to display it ?

if My path is C:\Program Files\Telemetry System\EWS\try.png

i use function  controls>>pictures.

Can u help with my another problem.

i read from text file and pass the data to the vi and to write into the database.

let say i  have stnid=sed0001,sed0002

and if in the text file the stnid is empty it must store as sed9999,and for another empty stnid=sed9999-1,.....

how to do tht?
