"Some installers are not available on the computer"

Hello,

I want to create an installer with the runtime engines included. However, LabVIEW claims that some of the installers are not available:

-NI 488.2

-NI-serial

-NI-VISA

I have installed LV2020 and all the drivers (NIDAQ, VISA, etc.) through NI package manager. In Package manager, the runtimes of the three missing installers are all stated as installed. 

I tried to download the installer files from NI.com but using them as "media" did not work.

How can I get the missing installer files?
