if I got it right and you mean the AT-MIO-16-DE-10, than NI-DAQ 7.2 is the latest one for Windows 2000 Professional.

If your subject is right, and you use windows 2000 Server, than it might work. It is not officially supported, but should be no problem.

One note, NI-DAQmx, the new DAQ Driver Architecture, will NOT support this Board. You are restricted to the older NI-DAQ driver as mentioned above.
