problems with setting run after open

i've got a problem. i ahve made the setting run after open. when i open the vi it begins to run but it crashes... when i abort the vi and start again it works fine. what could the reason for this be?

Sounds like an initialization problem. Are you using some hardware device? What is the error code generated when it crashes? A better description of the problem or attaching the code would help someone diagnose the problem.
