problems with remote panel vi

i'm using labview 9 and i'm trying to use labview remote panels to allow my vi to be monitored and control from the web. previously, i can get it to work but now i can't connect it to the web server and when i do, it says server something like server does not have permission to control. is there something i'm missing?

i have enabled the web server, specified the vi i allowed access to and also localhost, configured windows firewall but still can't get it to work like before.
