problems with control design labview 2010

I have install the component control design & simulation for labview 2010 (64bit), then activated with the code send by email, then i have restart my computer. But i can't have disponible this component.

Try to search in installed programs to see if it is installed properly.

Which version of LabVIEW are you using? Presumably if you installed the control design toolkit 2010 (64-bit), you are using LabVIEW 2010 (64-bit). If that's not the case then you need to install the correct version for the version of LabVIEW you have installed.

thank you Jamal. All is ok. I have installed labview 2010 (64bi) and the component which i activate as no version, so i don't know it is compatible.

Is LV and the module marked as "Active" in the NI License Manager?

If you start LV, does it work as expected except the fact that the control design palettes are missing?

yes. LV and the module is marked as active.

When i lunch LV all is working but the window of the module as nothing to choose.

Thnak you. I have resolved the problem. I have installed  the 64bit version of labview 2010. I have changed to 32bit version and now it's ok.
