problem with web publishing tool ..

I am trying to use web publishing tool  .

the page appears as in attachments ...

what is the problem ?

The 0.00% percentage loading error can be caused by the following:

• Port 80 is being blocked by the Firewall on the PC for TCP/IP traffic. Try using a different port, such as 5000.
• The LabVIEW Run-Time Engine on the computer does not match the LabVIEW version of the VIs running on the target
• Windows security settings could stop the Remote Front Panel from loading. Try running your web browser as an Administrator (right-click on the browser icon and select Run as Administrator).

i have tried to change port number and run browser as administrator bt the problem stilll exist 🙂

also the labview run-time engine matched 😞

Have you tried turning off your firewall?
