Port 80 is being blocked by the Firewall on the PC for TCP/IP traffic. Try using a different port, such as 5000.
The LabVIEW Run-Time Engine on the computer does not match the LabVIEW version of the VIs running on the target
Windows security settings could stop the Remote Front Panel from loading. Try running your web browser as an Administrator (right-click on the browser icon and select Run as Administrator).
