problem with old FPGA compilation

I'm using labview 2020 FPGA and I'm compiling on an old R7813 series devices with the xilinx 10.1 compimation tool for LV2020.

the compilation for low sized program works well, but when I add memory items like feedback nodes,  then save and build -> the compilator crashes at status "generating Xilinx IP" step

The error log joind says "an error occured while running java" and from Xilinx question& answers page, it's probably du to a memory limitation, but there is very few information.

Here is an excerpt of my project + error message joined. have someone experienced this problem?

Which operating system?

Older Xilinx compile tools are not compatible with windows 10. 

Can you send your compile to the NI cloud compile service? That could be a solution.
