problem with fpga

I am using a PCI-7831R RIO device.
All my VIs used to run fine until my PC crashed. Now I have installed
the PCI card in a new PC and copied all the VIs including the project
(.lep) files and embedded FPGA code (they are in the same folder).
But now I am facing some problems. I have built the project freshly by
compiling it on the FPGA target and downloaded the VI to the flash
memory of the board. The VI targeted to the FPGA device is working
fine and is actually able to read the input ports. But when I am
running the host VI targeted to windows, all the returned values are
Zeros.

Is there any FPGA configuration problem ??
I am using LabVIEW 7.1 and NI-RIO 1.1

Display.vi - the host VI targeted to the PC windows
output.vi - the FPGA VI and output.lep is the corresponding project file.

Attaching two screen shots too...

The first one (Targeted to PCI 7831R.jpg) shows the smooth running of
the output.vi file targeted to the FPGA board and returning the
values, while the second one (Targeted to windows.jpg) shows the host
VI (Display.vi) that calls the FPGA code (in open and run mode) and
returns zeros always.
