problem with HMI tutorial

I am trying to run the HMI tutorial.  Everything is just like the TPC getting started guide (including the successful test of the NI TPC service), until I try to build Touch Panel Tutorial.lvproj.

It starts to build then I get:

*.c is a missing VI or C file
LVForms.h is a missing VI or C file

I am using Labview 8.6 Professional with the Touch Panel Module and in the tutorial I select the TPC-2006 Device. 

Any ideas?

It states the error comes about when having an unactivated version of the LabVIEW PDA Module on the computer.

Thanks Nate for the reply.  I think you are onto something since I tried both touchpanel and pda before buying the touchpanel license.  I will try uninstalling the pda.
