press button in while loop and make 1 iteration

Hi, and happy new year:

I'm trying this: when I press the button it makes a determinate action, in this case, to catch the number (in this moment) that is runnig in another while loop. This button is into a second while loop and this is "waiting". When I press the button will catch the number and return to initial position. In this example I catch 2 numbers, one when I press ON and the other when the button return to OFF. How I catch only one of them?.

Right click on the catch button, in drop down menu, go to mechanical action

Make the catch Button's Mechanical action>> Latch when released

This will solve your twice updation problem

just change the mechanical action of (all!) your buttons to 'latch when released' and everything is fine 🙂
