hmmm... and why do you need such a VI ?
think about the trigonometric circle :
for t (0;2pi) , x(t)=cos(t) and y(t)=sin(t)
I don't know what's it's called in english, but in french it is refered as to "courbes parametrées", because you have one function for x and an other one for y.
Now to plot that with LabVIEW it is dead easy, try to do it, show your code, and if you can't get through I'll send you the code.
