Hello everyone,

First of all i don't know am right to start this topic under this location. My problem is: i am creating a square signal with simulate signal then i would like to count every peak in 10 seconds. I think it is pretty easy for you guys. I am so noob about labview.

THANKS...

Yes, it is pretty easy for some of us, but the goal is to make it easy for you.  So here are some questions:

  • Do you know how (or are you able to) generate the square wave?
  • How would you characterize the square wave?  What parameters define it?
  • Suppose you had a square wave scrolling by.  How would you count the peaks?
  • What structure(s) do you think you need to "do something for 10 seconds"?

Think about these issues one at a time.  Then start putting them together.  Maybe the first one to do is the last one, how to do something for 10 seconds ...

P.S. -- try writing some LabVIEW code, post the code (by attaching your VI), try to execute your code, and if something doesn't work, you can say "When I try this ...".
