    Hi !

I have a HTC TyTN Pocket PC Phone with Windows mobile 5.0.
I want to know if it's possible to run application created with Labview PDA v8.2 Module and
to attach a CF-6004 because my pda has a Micro SD Card Slot?it's an adapter to work with
CF-6004 which require a CF card?

Hello Viorel,

LabVIEW PDA 8.2 is supported on Windows Mobile 5.0.  Therefore, your LabVIEW code will run on that PDA.  The list of supported systems is located here:

I'm a little confused about your second question.  Compact Flash and Micro SD are completely different form factors.  Have you found an adapter that will make your micro SD slot capable of accepting CF cards?  If so, who is the manufacturer?  I have seen the cards to convert an SD card to a CF form factor, but not the other way around.

Have a great day,

Viorel,

Note that most (and quite possibly all) SD/CompactFlash adapters are designed specifically to support flash memory devices, and not general-purpose I/O devices, like the CF-6004.  If you find an adapter that allows you to connect the CF-6004 to a micro SD slot, make sure that it is designed to support this type of device.

Kyle
