paste and format word table

Hi I am exporting a table from a word doc to another word doc. But I am unable to get the font size needed.

I am taking table one from the attached "word_table" document, to TEST1 document (see attachments).

1. How do I get the font size of the copied table to Calibri size 8

2. How I color the cell in red if the date in the last column is past today date.

Can you attach a LV2013 version of the vi. Have you tried using the Set Font Report.vi with font settings calibri size 8 as I suggested in a previous thread?
