password protected for remote monitoring

hai guys,

need a kind help from you all. Currently we are running a system and installed 5 license for remote monitoring. We can access it any where within the network as long we have the URL link to the programme. Is the any where we can password protect the page only those with password can access from the browser (for security purpose). If there is where we can do the settings. Currently it is so opened that any1 with the url excessing the page. 

Can we know who else excessing the page while we are using it??
