only partial array making it through calculations

I am setting up 36 channels in DAQmx.  I am asking the user through a pop up how many channels are active, and then only processing those channels.  Part of the process is also sending a 1D waveform through some calculations and displaying them on a graph and an array display on the screen.

I am getting all my channel names, but only 3 of my 8 channels requested are making it to the display.

I have attached my project, which I hope has all my VI's included.

Never mind.  I will try and make a smaller VI that will show my problem.

Also note that attaching a lvproj file is usless to us, because it does not contain any code. You need to zip up the actual VIs.
