The oheapmgr.c errors were fixed with the later version of LabVIEW. The problem usually occurred when you create a new object to be placed on the block diagram and adjust its dimensionality while dropping it.
Your VI probably got corrupted, and you should probably be able to fix it by changing back the size of the comment window. (do you refer to the Context Help window as the comment window?)
You can email NI support team with your VI, and they can test this behavior with the later version of LabVIEW.
