numerical keypad entry

Would anybody happen to have a numerical keypad entry they could turn me onto?
(I'm using LabVIEW 2015)

What exactly are you looking for? Don't you have a keyboard with numeric keys?

Or do you need a VI with some buttons, labelled from 0 to 9?

Why don't you create a VI on your own with those 10 buttons?
