no sensor detected/ possible serial communication issue

Hi GerdW,

Thanks a lot for your help with my privious question, More or less i have managed to create a .vi to get the data from the TPG 261, after i will move to the TPG 256A. It does work, however I would like to create a .exe to be able to use in a different PC. I have created a Start and Stop buttom, for the .exe but they do not work at all, what am i doing wrong? Thanks a lot for your help.

I´m trying to read data from TPG 261 on my LabView project but I can´t. It always shows 0 on the pressure read, while on the TPG 261 display shows different values. 

I can´t open your file because I have a previous version of LabView.

Have you managed to read the pressure value from TPG 261? Do you know any reasson why I´m not managing to do it?

Hi Chispi,

I tried lots of different LabView files that should work, but the program always stucks when it has to read data just after you write the command (PRX, COM, etc). I´ve never managed to read that value.

I don´t know if the problem is in the comunication between the computer and TPG 261. Do you know if there is any way to prove that?
