Hello testdev.

The niSwitch Initialize VI can be found in the NI-SWITCH functions palette which is under the Measurement I/O palette heading on the functions palette.  The VI's that control a single switch are the niSwitch Connect Channels VI and the niSwitch Disconnect Channels VI which are also located on the first level of the NI-SWITCH functions palette.  

Please keep in mind that you must install the NI-SWITCH driver to see these VI's.  This driver can be downloaded for free at:
