We have already bought pcmcia card with

serial number : C85922

product number : 183628E-01

Operating system : Windows 98

Now we want to use this card in windows xp flatform to connect transmitter through fieldbus communication.

Your suggest??

I'm sory, Case in thread that you suggest to me, it looks like not similiar with our problem. I have pcmcia card and driver both configurator and communication manager which is run in windows 98. This driver is stored in floppy disk. Currently, in my pc i have installed only XP O/S, no other. Therefore, the driver cannot be installed. I try to get new driver from ni.com, thus i extract and install in my pc, but it still cannot communicate with transmitter. 

Can I use new software for the old pcmcia card? without upgrade from previous software (get when buy the card).

I hear configurator cannot be activated, unless i buy special package. Isn't right?

If I not activated ni-fbus, could i access the transmitter? How can?

Give me enlightenment, please...

You will probably garner better support by posting this question in the Fieldbus section of the forum.  That subsection is dedicated to these types of issues and the visitors on that portion of the forum have more knowledge on the subject.
