new version file can be opened in old version

can any one tell how to open 8,5 version files in 8.2 version

You can't.  Someone must open it in LV 8.5, 8.6, or 2009, then do a Save for Previous Version and pick 8.2.

If there aren't too many files, you could post them here and someone will convert them for you.

thnaks for your answere , can i use two different version of labview software , example 8.5 and 8.2 at the same time , refering to ur answere , i can open the files in 8.5 and save the same in 8.2 and start using it . is it this possible .
