i need help to realize an interface in Kheithly 2700 to scan this canals lists from 101 to 113 (voltage, current and temperature), as shown in the attached image.

You can start from the shipping examples in Keithley 2700 Multimeter/Data Acquisition Sy - Instrument Driver

Download and extract the content to <LabVIEW>\instr.lib

This is a help forum for LabVIEW and a subject of "need help" applies to every single post here and most will probably not even look at it. It would really help if you would use a relevant subject line (e.g. "Need help interfacing Keithley 2700").

Since you posted here, can we assume you need help with LabVIEW programming in this matter? What is your LabVIEW expertise? What have you tried?
