ncConfigCANNet.vi returning 10003 error code

When running ncConfigCANNet.vi I get a 10003 error code. Both ports on the CAN card Pass the test ports utility diagnostics.

Hi there,
 
If you have a look in tools>>explain error. This tells you that the error code refers to "The value of a numeric parameter is invalid."
What numeric properties are you passing to the VI?
